A hole for a down light was done in the wrong spot and need it patched up and then the whole ceiling painted in bathroom so you can’t see the patch. The paint is dulux lexicon quarter flat finish for ceiling. I don’t have the paint. The house is a new build.

I need assistance painting a suspended ceiling. Everything has been draped off already and the light fixtures have been taped & cut in, but I grossly underestimated the effort of rollering a ceiling. Council demands a landlord special on this one for food safety standards so we need to paint over the rails to seal them to the plaster panels (I have no positive feelings about this but want my shop open asap) The space is approximately 3m x 5m. We have a crack formed in double brick wall, due to movement of foundation (which we believe is now fixed). We need someone to fill and repair inside plaster and exterior render. Note this is not plasterboard, so you need experience with this type of wall repair. Repair crack with flexible material to minimise chance of more crack forming in future. We have recently had our weatherboard house in coburg insulated using the spray in insulation on external walls. As pictured, that means I need someone to sand down the filled holes (there are three rows all the way along) and then paint two coats of green across the whole wall to match the rest of the house - paint is supplied by me.
