Hi all, Keen to get a quote for a full interior paint job. House is in Coburg. The following rooms need painting: - 4 rooms + 1 corridor. High ceilings (3.4m at a guess), cornices, ceiling roses, and skirting boards. x4 window frames. x5 Internal doors. Total surface area = 80m2. - 1 kitchen/dining area. Ceilings around 2.8m overall, cornices, ceiling roses, skirting boards. x3 window frames, x1 French door, and x1 internal door. Total surface area = 22m2. - 1 bathroom: total surface area: 5.5m2. Only non-tiled areas need painting so around half of it. x1 internal door. x1 window frame. - 1 cupboard: 1m2 - 1 laundry: 2.5m2. x1 door, x1 small window frame. 1 spot (around 10x10cm) needs replastering. Existing condition is overall reasonably good: not really any cracks, but a few spots where paint has peeled off. House is empty. Looking to get the job started on 19 Jan 26. Wanting to have the internal of a new home painted prior to move in. Happy to supply floorpans or videos of the home to help get a good estimate. Certain timber wall areas that have never been painted before will need an addition layer of undercoat. I will supply.
