Hi, I’m looking for someone to carry out a complete adjustment and repair of my existing kitchen cabinetry. Several cupboard hinges have screws that have pulled out of the panels, and some cupboard doors and drawers need realigning. I’d like someone to go over the entire kitchen, repair any damaged fixings, adjust all hinges and drawer runners, and make sure everything is aligned, secure and opening and closing smoothly. I’m looking for a professional finish rather than just a quick fix.

Pine door frame has stiff wire mesh/netting which is damaged & needs replacing. I have none of that rigid mesh but I have got some sturdy insect screen that would do. I just want to make it look tidy (selling the house soon). Price: whatever you’d charge as an hourly rate - you shouldn’t need materials other than maybe some glue? I have no idea how the mesh is held beneath the beading at the back but I can’t see any screw/nail heads so my guess is glued.

Looking for an experienced painter or cabinet refinisher to professionally spray paint our existing timber kitchen cabinets. We are updating our kitchen and would like to keep the existing cabinetry, benchtops and layout, but change the cabinet colour to a deep blue-black/charcoal (similar to Kaboodle Poppy Seed). Scope of work: * Prepare existing timber cabinet doors, drawer fronts and visible cabinet frames/panels. * Thoroughly clean, sand and prime surfaces as required. * Professionally spray paint for a smooth, durable, factory-style finish. * Apply a suitable hard-wearing cabinetry paint. * Remove and reinstall cabinet doors and drawer fronts as required. * Protect existing benchtops, appliances, flooring and surrounding areas. We are also planning to replace the cabinet handles with brushed brass hardware. We are looking for someone with experience specifically in kitchen cabinet refinishing, rather than general house painting.

The pantry cupboard shelf keeps collapsing due to the weight of tins etc. just need someone to put in a simple bracket on each corner to lock it in. I just don’t have a drill nor the patience to do it correctly. Can pop to mitre ten to get the brackets easily.

Two small kitchen repairs, photos attached: 1. Drawer handle fell off - a stainless bar handle has come off a kitchen drawer front and needs to be reattached securely (screws likely need replacing or longer ones / the holes may need repairing so it holds). 2. Overhead cupboard above the sink won't stay open - the lift-up door's gas strut (hydraulic stay) no longer holds the door up and it just falls back down. Needs the strut replaced (or adjusted/refitted if that fixes it). Please bring or source a suitable replacement strut. Should be a quick job for a handyman. Robertson QLD.
