I need a hole to be fixed

I am looking to install one additional sink (next to the existing double-bowl sink shown in the photo). The single sink will be at the same depth and height as the double-bowl sink. I believe the existing drain can be cut straight and reconnected to suit the new setup. I also need plumbing work done for one coffee machine installation. For this, it looks like the drain pipe visible at the hand basin in the second photo will need to be cut and extended, and a water connection will also need to be run to the coffee machine location. Quote for one of the following: A) Cut down the existing chute from where a evaporative unit was installed (however is now taken away) and replace it with a flat dry pan in preparation for solar panels Or B) Replace the whole colour bond panel on the roof (preferred).
