We are looking to get a stone hearth made up to sit over and around our existing hearth. We are hoping for it to cover the existing hearth on the top and three sides (pencil rounded on the outside corners), and be made of a dark stone-style reconstituted piece (i.e., dark with marble-style veins running through it). The existing hearth dimensions are 1780mm wide, 300mm deep and 40mm tall. Our target size for the stone piece is 1830mm wide, 325mm deep and 55mm tall (if using 10mm thick stone). Repair 2 x side gate latches so gate can be locked 4. Remove a sliding door off the track inside the house My partner tried to repair the bathroom bassinet but couldn’t get the doors straight, we have all the hinges and hinge repair plates. Also if replacing doors /shaving mirror doesn’t have to be the same we’re not fussed.

1950's house with pine floorboards throughout, which squeak in various places in one specific room. I would like this fixed to stop the boards squeaking. There is reasonable underfloor access.
