I have a new internal door that needs to be cut to size and hung. The door will need trimming to fit the existing frame, hinges installed (or transferred from old door), and door hung so it opens and closes properly. Also need hole drilled for handle. Looking for someone experienced with carpentry or door installation. Please bring necessary tools.

Place it on the 2 door entertainment unit Supply and install 2 to 3 small tiles in the balcony. Supply and install about 8 small tiles near the laundry trough Take away all the rubbish and the boxes including a toilet cistern and small laundry trough/basin. Remove a clothes hanger rod from the laundry. Install 3 rods for the curtains. ( Two for the lounge and one bedroom sliding doors and one for the window in the second bedroom). My unit is in the first floor with wide stairs leading directly to the unit).

For the 4 bedrooms, ask for a: digital keypad lever lock with passage mode That’s the main name you want. “Passage mode” means the lock can be left unlocked so people can just open it normally, and then you can switch it back to code-entry mode when needed. Lockwood’s Code Handle says it can be left open for free access or locked later, and the Lockwood SecureTouch / Schlage options also support passage mode.  For the other door, ask for a: single cylinder deadlock or single cylinder deadbolt That’s the normal keyed deadlock type for a standard door. If you want something more secure for an entry door, Lockwood’s deadlatch style also has passage/safety/secure modes, but for a basic separate deadlock, “single cylinder deadbolt/deadlock” is the plain term.  Best simple wording to use with a locksmith or Bunnings would be: “Three bedroom doors with keypad lever locks that have passage mode, and one standard single cylinder deadlock.” If you want the easiest setup: • bedrooms: keypad lever lock with passage mode • main extra door: standard deadlock/deadbolt Good quality brands in Australia are Lockwood, Schlage, and Yale. Current Australian retail listings show Lockwood, Yale and Gainsborough widely stocked, and Lockwood/Schlage product pages specifically mention passage mode on relevant models. 

Install wall mounted tv cabinet to brick wall (wall cabinet is ready - 1800 x 300 x 300) can assist lifting where necessary. Install tv bracket and tv to wall above tv cabinet. Cut holes in tv cabinet to cover power outlet and another circular hole internally to allow cables to run through. Note: I haven’t taken a final pic but the pic I’ll load is an idea of the unit size, tv and wall. Double brick. Also, please don’t be offended by the price, this I’d rather wait to hear your quote. the screws have come out from the wood so need to be reinstalled so they stay there.. might be good to put another support in there to add extra support if possible too.. getting it done today Monday or Tuesday would be very good thanks
