Wooden bed door fix. Doesn’t close filly

I need the smaller pet door changed to a bigger one. It’s for a French Bulldog. Door is on a window and I do not have a new pet door. This will need to be supplied unless agreed otherwise.

The black seal underneath, between the kitchen bench top and kitchen sink has come away, creating a leak. The sink needs lifting and re-sealing to make good.

We have an existing standard swing doorway, but the hinged door has been removed.
