Hang a standard internal door and put on the door handle. I've purchased the door and door handle so just need someone to do the carpentry and hang. If you can paint it as well (I have paint) I'll pay you more but not essential. Let me know in your response if you are willing to do this.

Remove rusted portion of the doorframe. Weld new section in place. Waterproof and paint. Reseal the edge next to the shower. Or...remove old doorframe & replace with new. Waterproof,paint & seal.

Leak in roof caused mould to develop on a spot on the ceiling. Leak is fixed. Requires removal of damaged patch and repair of damaged plaster on the ceiling. Additionally, there are a couple small holes that need filling (screw holes from old light fittings)

We have a brick fireplace with a large opening. We would like a solid door made that allows us to close shut without worry kids can access and also go to bed without fear it might spit something out. The aim is the the door the be on a hinge to open and close. The door is mostly fire resistant glass (for max view of fire) while having an iron frame (similar to a standard box fireplace door). It would also need a vent adjuster to allow more or less in. Opening is 85cm wide x 56cm high (top is slightly curved. Just needs to be door and frame only as inside has tile and brick.
