Hi there I’d like to get the ceiling of this 36sqm shed ceiling pricked with aquacheck gyprock and insulated. Whatever insulation is used I think a small gap is required between insulation and ceiling. As you can see the ceiling is framed with rafters. I’d like the gyprock to be sitting at the bottom of the rafters. Some additional timber may need to be added so the gap between framing is no more than 600mm. Would hope that whoever does this , can supply all materials and install.

The wooden cover is swollen and is out of position. One of the pull also fell off. Need to have it fixed so it can be opened. Might need planing / sanding Please have you own tool

Clothes line from wall has come loose

Need an expert to install a roller blind into the recess for stairwell window per picture. Installation includes drilling holes thru metal lintel to install 3 brackets (these brackets need to line up), the roller blind is then clipped on to the 3 brackets per manufacturer 's instructions. Ladder provided and owner can assist. Roller Blind is abt less than 5kg.
