A short segment Gutter attachment has fallen down on one side . The fascia looks fine. It needs to be reattached. It is currently partially being held up by an adjacent vent pipe. The space is a bit tight on the ground near the side where the gutter has dropped but should be okay for a ladder placement. The backyard shed has a fascia that has partially detached due to two screws breaking. It needs to be redrilled and re-screwed on. Okay for the old broken screws to be left in place. Quote to include labour and parts.

I have two travertine tiles that have come loose. They will need to be reapplied using mortar or similar product. Job is to attend with product and reapply both tiles.

I need this removed and a new canopy rangehood installed I have been advised that potentially the glass splashback must be removed for this to be done. If thats the case then I’d also require someone to tile the section of the splashback that has had to be removed . Budget is for your labour .
