Need hanging rail shelf board removed, holes patched and painted 1 walking robe

I have a gate with an existing hinge and bolt but over time the gate doesnt close as it is no longer in alignment. I have purchased new hinges and bolt from Bunnings. Just need a handyman to take the old hinges and bolts off and install with brand new ones. Photos are actual gate. Flexible on day and time. Should be a quick easy job for a handyman.

Existing fan already there, just need it swapped to a new one which I already have bought from Bunnings. Fan only no light.

Outdoor blind edges need repair . Blind is good condition however the edges need repair as it impacting rolling it up .

Need cornice fixed after new kitchen installed. Just need edging finished off (no cornice along length of the cabinetry is needed). The last photo shows the other side of the cabinets which has the cornice finished off - just want this same finish.
