Requiring someone or possibly more than a one person effort to move four heavy boxes from the garage to the rear and build an aluminium pergola with retractable manual louvre roof. Instructions all included within the boxes however I feel this is a good 3/4/5 hour task dependant on 1 or 2 person and their skills and toolset. Must be carefully bolted down and drilled into honed concrete !! Each post has four holes to be drilled (16 in total to hold it down) Requires the correct tools/ drill pieces to get through the concrete…. This isn’t a hope and gamble task - I require someone who is more than capable and can do the appropriate concrete tool drilling without damaging the concrete! 3m x 4m Pergola with 2.5m height

Install a 5x3 Sail Shade, fix the downpipe, and install a garden hose. The Sail Shade, a Coolaroo 5 x 3m Seashell Rectangle HeatShield Shade Sail purchased from Bunnings, needs to be installed between two walls. The downpipe screws are loose and need to be fixed.

In a sliding window frame the glass has come away from the frame and need to be reattached. In louvre window, it appears to be stuck. And in another window again it may need resealing or something, it sounds like it vibrates with the wind, making a buzzing sound. Budget is unknown (amount set only to get the task posted).

Gyprocker or Ceiling fixer to cut out small area 1-2 m2 in a bedroom and then also in a bathroom that has mould, remove insulation and then screed so cut out area can't be seen.
