I have 16ft ceilings and need two ceiling fans (already purchased) with extender poles (already purchased) to be installed in the bedrooms above two beds. Existing light fixtures in place, to be replaced. Remote control operated.

Have an existing Dincel wall that has been coated with Acrylic render. Need to repair the coating on a patch 2m by 2m . Banboo got in behind te rende ran levered off the patch. The rest of the wall is OK.

I have a terrace house in Glebe and need a few small repairs done. I’m hoping to get the work completed before the end of January. I’m looking for an experienced handyman. There is also some minor timber damage around the lock area. A few timber floorboards near the front entrance are damaged and need replacing. Looking for help to install 2 x IKEA Vigda tracks and hang the 2 curtains. Must have prior experience with installing the IKEA Vidga tracks to ceilings with the Vidga glider/hooks. It seems sometimes these need extra screws which you’ll need to provide. You need to bring all your own equipment. You will be hanging the curtains too please (I will have attached the hooks to the curtains prior). I can be a second pair of hands if that’s useful. 2 different sliding doors. Both are Ceiling mounted - it’s an apartment and not concrete ceilings - your advice on whether the ceiling is appropriate or they will need to be wall mounted (I have both attachments). Vidga track - length approx 280 cm (2 X tracks - might end up 3 x tracks) Vidga track - length 220 cm (2 X tracks) Nothing to uninstall. Working around the existing blinds. I have a sliding door which isn’t closing properly - the door rolls into the wall so accessing the rail is problematic! I have another door with a loose door handle and that door also isn’t sealing properly so might need an adjustment to the hinges. This door opens / closes in the traditional way

We need to repair or replace the motors (actuators) on 6 ‘awning’ windows. They are hinged at the top, and open from the bottom. They are all opened electrically with motors (actuators) which have a Somfy remote control. Five of the motors are not working reliably. One always works and sometimes another one works, but not reliably. We need someone to repair or replace the motors and possibly the Somfy remote control. The remote control night need to be re-connected to the motors. The windows are quite high; the motors at the bottom of the windows are 3 metres above the ground.
