We need to repair or replace the motors (actuators) on 6 ‘awning’ windows. They are hinged at the top, and open from the bottom. They are all opened electrically with motors (actuators) which have a Somfy remote control. Five of the motors are not working reliably. One always works and sometimes another one works, but not reliably. We need someone to repair or replace the motors and possibly the Somfy remote control. The remote control night need to be re-connected to the motors. The windows are quite high; the motors at the bottom of the windows are 3 metres above the ground.

Power switch broken off unable to turn on

Plumber had to break through two tiles and the wall behind it in order to fix a leak. Now I need that fixed. I have the tiles you need, but you would need to bring everything else. See images for before and after.

Help to remove brackets from a small bookshelf mounted to a wall (two brackets). Then removal of hooks from outside brick wall (with four small holes each). Patch over the holes with filler. Apply a small amount of paint where the filler has been used for the two brackets indoors (i.e. the bookshelf). Please see the attached photos.

We bought the bunnings dog door sliding door insert and need help bolting it into place so that we can still use the regulare sliding door as well. We don’t own a power tool and if possible would be great if you could come up with a solution to extend the top.
