When it rains heavily, water appears to seep through or around the window area causing bubbling and paint damage to the wall under the window ledge (see photos). At this stage, I’m not sure whether the leak is coming from: - The external wall/window frame, or - The internal panelling/plaster beneath the window ledge. Job requirements: 1. Inspect the area to identify the exact source of the leak. 2. Provide advice on whether it’s an external waterproofing, flashing, or internal issue. 3. Complete the repair, which may include sealing, repainting, or replacing any damaged materials. 4. Ensure the issue is resolved and watertight. Job must be completed when I WFH on Tuesday and Fridays during the week.
