Looking for an experienced tiling/resealing specialist to strip and re-silicone three areas in our home: 1 x kitchens sink edge and 2 x shower bases/screen edges. Requirements: Fully strip and scrape away all existing discoloured/mouldy silicone sealant. Thoroughly clean, treat/sanitise, and dry all joint gaps to prevent future growth. Apply neat, high-quality, 100% mould-resistant sanitary silicone (Selleys Wet Area or equivalent). Leave clean, crisp edges without damaging tiles, glass frames, or benchtops.

I need to remove a broken Duravit toilet seat. The screws do not come out and spin endlessly. New toilet seat has been purchased and ready to install. It may need a new fixing plug / anchor given I’m assuming the existing plug will need replacing (given the old screw isn’t coming out). A replacement fixing plug didn’t come with the new seat (refer photos). Person completing the job to provide any required fixing plugs needed to attach (I don’t have these).

We are looking for a handyman to attend a residential property in Elsternwick. The front door currently has an issue where the bottom of the door drags along the floor when opening. We suspect the hinges need to be adjusted, repaired, or possibly replaced so that the door can open and close smoothly without scraping. In addition, we require the replacement of old door knobs with new lever handle sets that we will supply. This replacement is needed on four internal doors upstairs. All handles should be installed securely and tested to ensure they are functioning correctly. Experience with door alignment, hinge adjustment, and door hardware installation is preferred. Please bring your own tools. We are flexible with timing but would like the work completed as soon as possible. Please include your availability and relevant experience in your offer.

Create and install 3 fly screens for separate windows. Windows are roughly 70cm W x 138cm H but will want someone to come and double check before buying materials. Fix 4 window knobs that fall off when winding windows. Find the correct TV mount for an older 50 inch TV and mount it (it's a brick wall behind the TV)
