Installation of 3x 2x1m DIY awnings kits onto 3x separate sections of brick wall approx 3m high. Each kit has 3x brackets. I'll be available to assist if required as it looks like it'll be a two man job.

At this stage, I’m not sure whether the leak is coming from: - The external wall/window frame, or - The internal panelling/plaster beneath the window ledge. Job requirements: 1. Inspect the area to identify the exact source of the leak. 2. Provide advice on whether it’s an external waterproofing, flashing, or internal issue. 3. Complete the repair, which may include sealing, repainting, or replacing any damaged materials. 4. Ensure the issue is resolved and watertight. Job must be completed when I WFH on Tuesday and Fridays during the week.
