The Scope: Install handrails up 2 flights of stairs, continuing around a corner. Supplies: Handrails and brackets are provided on-site. You will just need to bring your own drill, level, tools, and suitable wall anchors/fixings.

Prepare & Repaint Bathroom Ceiling – Peeling Paint & Water Staining I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to repair and repaint a bathroom ceiling showing significant peeling/flaking paint, surface cracking and water staining around the ceiling vents. The job will involve: Scraping and removing all loose, peeling and flaking paint. Preparing the affected ceiling surfaces so they are sound and suitable for repainting. Filling/sanding minor cracks, damaged areas and uneven surfaces as required. Checking the stained areas for signs of ongoing moisture or water ingress and advising if the underlying cause needs attention before painting. Cleaning/treating any surface mould or mildew if present. Applying a suitable stain blocking/sealing primer to affected areas. Repainting the ceiling with a suitable bathroom/high-moisture ceiling paint for a clean, uniform finish. Neatly preparing and painting around the existing ceiling vents and fixtures. Leaving the area clean and free of paint debris upon completion.

Hi, I need an experienced handyman to install 6 pre-purchased floating shelves inside a laundry cupboard, utilising both the back and side masonry walls. Work Required: - Mount 6x floating shelves onto solid brick/concrete walls (mix of back and side wall mounting). Details: - Please bring a hammer drill, masonry drill bits, concrete/brick wall plugs/anchors and a spirit level.

Refix cisten to a tiled masonry wall. Replace both cisten wall fixing screws with stainless-steel fixings and appropriate wall plugs.

Measure and cut approximately 40 mm off the top of a laminate kitchen cabinate door (600 mm wide). Apply edging to top of door (colour match not required as it won't be visible). Supply and install two shower glass door hinges (glass to glass) for a 12 mm thick shower door. The distance between the top cutout and bottom cutout the show door is 65 mm. Each of the existing plates of each side of the hinge is 55 x 90 mm. The two new hinges should be made of stainless steel and swivel 180 degrees. Remove existing two hinges before installing new ones. I have visitor parking within the apartment building.

I’m looking for quotes to get this shower door fixed. There are two sliding doors that are supposed to move together, but they’re currently overlapping and skipping. There is a broken plastic part that supposed to make this happen. Also the wheels that support the doors also came loose, so would need new ones. I’ve removed one of the doors for now to prevent it from falling, but it will need a proper fix by a handyman. I’m happy to send a video showing what’s happening
