Not sure why my garage door isn't opening, but it closes fine. Not sure if its the door or the machine.

Tap is leaking when opened and the water tracks down to the underneath of the cupboard inside. Should be a quick fix ,but I couldn't find easy access to the screw nut to tighten it. Might need to get access through by removing the side drawers , I tried it, but need special equipment to reach the screw

A handle has come off the bedroom door, and there is a loose towel rail in the bathroom that needs tightening. I need to tighten the towel rail and refit the bedroom door handle. Also, check and tighten the other two bedroom doors if required.

New tower hanger to be provided by me. Guest Bedroom Wall Repair: There is a small hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms that needs Carpet: some areas have nail shown, need to be fixed. Two trees in the front yard needs to be trimmed to below 1 metre. Side Gate Lock: needs to be repaired/ re-drilled
