Balcony door keeps jamming. It needs to be taken off its hinges, grinded back with the flap disc. Then primed and painted. It’s a steel door and I will supply the primer and paint. This is a half day job at most in Albion. I’m happy to pay half a day rate. My price includes the Airtasker fees.

The cord has come off the track and needs to be reinstalled. The blind is still nee so i would prefer to repair then replace.

Garage door opener not working – need repair (door currently stuck open) I have an automatic garage door with a GDS 800 garage door opener installed on the ceiling. The door is currently stuck in the open position and the opener is not responding. The remote control does not work, the wall switch inside the garage does not work, and even the manual red button on the motor unit does not activate the door. The opener still has power (LED lights are on), but the motor does not respond to any controls. I also noticed that the emergency release cord/handle is missing, so I cannot easily disconnect the door from the motor to close it manually. I need someone to: • Diagnose the issue with the garage door opener • Help close the door safely (currently open) • Repair or advise if the opener needs replacement The opener model is GDS 800 and it is mounted on the ceiling rail system connected to a sectional garage door.
