The lawn was designed with a tarp base but will be heavy to wrap up and the tarp extends beyond the air conditioning unit. I need someone to: - Remove the tarp based lawn (& take it to the bin downstairs) - Pressure wash the balcony - Clean the external air-conditioning unit - Install grid base tiles & then decking tiles over the top including underneath the aircon unit Note: You’ll need a pressure washer & be able to lift an external air-conditioning unit

There are some stores to move which i will help with and there is a metal shelving unit that needs rebuilding.

You don’t need to bring any tools or necessarily need knowledge on what to do, as I have done this before. Your job is mainly to move, hold, turn and pull dry dock blocks, pins as instructed. Move the panels in the pictures and 10 roofing sheets to the backyard. There would be about 30 steps over 50 meters each way. The concrete panels are large but relatively light. 40kg each. 2 people would be required due to size.
