Replacement skirting boards are on site already to replace rotten old ones. I need someone to cut 3 x pieces of skirting board with circular saw and attach to brick wall. Also I need a small stripof wood 18mm (D) 10mm (H), attached under some of the skirt (see photo)where the floor is uneven (see pic)and to allow carpet to be installed later.

Two particle board floor panels have been damaged by water in the past. Both need to be ripped up and replaced prior to some new carpet going down. If you can replace the smooth edge for attaching carpet as well, that's a bonus.
