Hi, I’m planning to replace the existing light grey wool carpet and underlay in my apartment, similar to what is currently installed. The total area is approximately 22 m², covering part of the living room (approx. 2.6 x 3.4 m) and the bedroom (3.25 x 3.1 m), plus wir/cabins small about 3 m² The apartment is located in Collingwood. I'd also like the skirting done on the sides too The existing flooring is not glued. The floorboards will probably need to be cut to size. I have had someone suggest we take out the last floorboard toward the empty space and replace with the longer newer ones.

I lifted up the corner of carpet to check the slab underneath and now I need the carpet laid properly into the corner and where the carpet meets the lino in the next room.

140 sqm of showroom floor to be sanded. I don't want this cut right back, but rather remove current coatings enough to stain 2 X coasts of Japanese black and then finish with 2 X matte protective coats. Wood is Jarrah. All furniture has been removed and ready to go. Need done by end of month please.

2nd floor flat needs new carpet and old carpet removed and disposed of. The carpet and underlay will need to be picked up from Carpet Call warehouse in Notting Hill, then installed at a flat in Collingwood, preferably on Tuesday 9th September. Carpet width is 3.6m. Install is approx 8.7 linear meters over 3 rooms. Needs to be done by 11 Sept at the latest.
