I want to build an are similar to the photo in my back yard. The space is 5x4 sqm. I don’t need you to build a file packe. Just the area so we can put one in the middle.

I need a wall unit built that has shelving on each side, a floating tv in the middle and a gas fireplace underneath. There is a gas line on the wall already.

A heritage fireplace that needs following work done: Bricks thoroughly cleaned and soot removed, bricks to then be repointed, and painted black; tiles to be removed and new ones laid; and the timber surrounds to be cleaned, lightly sanded and painted (colour TBC). And canopy to be removed and thoroughly cleaned and painted black, and put back on.

I need my fireplace tiled and grouted. I will supply the tiles. You supply your expertise and tile adhesive and grout etc.

Installation of electric fire place and built cabinet around it

Need to lay & grout 3 x tiles and and install edging trim, to cover brick hearth in front of open fireplace. I have the tiles, trim, glue and grout. Tiles are slightly oversize so will need cutting down

Our living room fire place needs to be painted white. Semi-gloss is required on the skirtings. The fireplace is approx 4.5 metres high. I would like for the painter to purchase the paint too.

Supply and build a timber frame enclosure for electric fireplace, in line with installation instructions (which I will provide). Once the timber frame is built, then blueboard/cement sheet should be attached to create a enclosure. We are planning on attaching a 12mm porcelain stone to the frame. I need a gas fireplace removed from my property. Gas is shut off. Needs the intake pipe cut and capped, and the flume exhaust patched up to prevent a draft. Heater is in working condition, so if you’ve a mind to resell/use for scrap I’ve no issue.

Ok, I need some help. I live in a unit which is nearly 100 years old & still has the original brick fireplace. The fireplace has been painted over & I would like to strip it back to bare brick & mortar. I had a little test go over the weekend as I firstly wanted to see what the brick work looked like, & the process wasn’t complex, it was just that a process. I applied a paint removing solution, left for 1 hour, scrapped / wire brushed off, & repeated. I would say it has been 10-15 years since it was last painted but there may be 3 or 4 layers of paint? Dimensions: FRONT: 1.65m Wide / 95cm Height SIDES (each): 48cm Wide / 95cm Height *Paint does not need to be removed from the fire place cavity itself (which measures 60cm x 60cm) as it will later have a heater installed. Items which you may need to have / provide? - Drop sheet to lay on & protect carpet around the area - Some wide masking tape or painters’ tape to tape the skirting board at the bottom & mantle at the top. Both the skirting board & mantle will be painted at some point so I am not overly concerned about those areas - Gloves - Face mask - Wire brushes - Metal paint scraper - Product to remove the paint I can be fleixible with when the task is completed but it would need to be during the week (Mon-Fri) & not in the evenings, or before 8.00am as I have 2 little people which would just get in the way.
