They are accessed from the front of house under the porch. Work split by room: Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - 4 x downlight installation - fan installation in place of a hanging light. - The wall where the switch is for the current hanging light is brick - New switch is required for the fan - Ceiling access through attic Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - Install a fan in the centre of the room. - The wall where the switch for the current downlights is gyprock - New switch is required for the fan - Ceiling is gyprock, 3 small access panels Study (upstairs) - Install a fan in the centre of the room. - The wall where the switch is for the current downlights is gyprock - New switch is required for the fan - Ceiling access through attic Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - 4 x downlight installation - Removal of hanging light - The wall where the switch is for the current hanging light is gyprock - Ceiling is gyprock, no access from above Lounge (downstairs) - Install faux skylight and remove hanging light in centre of room - 4 x downlight installation - The wall where the switch is for the current hanging light is brick - Ceiling is a false ceiling - gyprock Out the back - Install power outlet for an aircon (10 or so metres from the switchboard which is inside under the stairs) Out the front - Install subfloor ventilation fans - all the cabling should already be done because we have already had fans there before.

Got our 2 bathroom lights that need to be fixed. They are the lights under the mirrored cabinets ‘mood lighting’ type lights. Would be a very quick job.

Need pendant light removed and reinstalled, taken apart, put back together then rewired. Need light switch on wall reinstalled as well. Need to hook pendant onto ceiling, must supply hook. Must leave area clean afterward.

We have installed 2 new saunas in a gym but the heaters are not working. In one sauna. the infrared heaters are working and the Stove heater turns on but is not getting hot. In the second sauna the infrared heaters were working but the stove heater wasn't turning on. Im not sure if teh origional electrician has wired them correctly so I want another electrician to check the wiring is correct .
