I need a qualified and licensed electrician to inspect the wiring, identify the issue, and repair or replace the switch. The switch cover was replaced 12 mths ago and not long after, this issue started

Hi AT’s, I have two 3 bulb pendant light fittings (one in the living room and one in the dining room) and I purchased two new fittings to replace the existing.

The socket on the ceiling that holds the light bulb is broken. My brother accidentally hit it.

I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.
