I need two plug sockets replaced and the light bulb in the chandelier replaced, you’ll need to take chandelier down which will need a step ladder (I will help) and then get replacement bulb - it’s been 7 years since I changed it and can’t remember the attachment type. If you could also get the plug sockets I will refund you cash as I will likely buy wrong thing.

Existing central ceiling lights in ceiling which we never use (as have down lights) to be replaced with 2 ceiling fans. Ceiling is concrete but wiring all there in central light we don’t use. Has own seperate light switch to down lights.. Fans have remotes but no wall cradle required. . No lights on fans . Parking on site. Must be qualified. Potts point area. Looking for an electrician to replace 3 existing ceiling lights with pendant lights. Behind the existing light’s ceiling plate (pictured) there’s a 9cm hole where the wires come through. I need someone to connect the wires to a pendant suspension kit I have, and drill the top of the pendant to the ceiling. Pics attached of the pendant suspension kit, and the existing lights. The ceiling lights are operated by one light switch that covers two lights. If it’s not a huge amount more work / money, we’re also interested in a quote to split the switch so we can have one light on without turning both on at the same time.
