Once room is empty will will decide where will be the new place for switch board and all wires. But for now only managing wire at safe position with connection facility is fine. I have several power outlets in my apartment that are either not working or do not hold the power plug properly. I need an electrician to fix these issues. Photo added. There are three sets of these plugs in the apartment that are problematic: 1. power outlet in the main bedroom does not work at all, no electricity. 2. power outlet in living area - one side of the plug works, the other does not accept the plug, it pushes it back out. 3. power outlet in second bedroom - same as above, one side accepts the plug, the other doesn't. I need a licensed electrician to replace my smoke alarm. The housing part snapped and I can no longer fit the smoke alarm back on. My intercom is working fine except that it doesn’t ring at all. I have troubleshoot it with the manual and building manager and was advised that the part inside might be faulty. Unfortunately strata scheme doesn’t cover intercom repair. Budget is for smoke alarm replacement and to fix my intercom. Obviously if it’s gonna cost more after the inspection of the intercom, it can be negotiated on the spot.
