We have an outdoor area at the back of our house with some inbuilt outdoor lighting and just the other day the lights started flickering whenever we turned them on and we're not sure if it is to do with the electricity circuit or the bulb so we need somebody to come and check it out.

Hi there, seeking an experienced electrician to help me get my commercial EMS Body Sculpting Machine Fixed. I have contacted the company, I have all the software updates and new version of the software. It appears that the hand break does not seem to allow the 'unlock' function to work. It may need someone to see what the problem is, possibly needing a new 'hand break switch' to allow the machine to activate the cycle. Typically the white side button is what allows the 'security' function to change as you can see in the image.

I have about 5 down lights that I need the connection checking on and bulbs replacing (provided) in addition I have a bathroom air vent motor that doesn’t turn off when the light turns off - either disconnect or fix. All easy access.
