I live in a split level 2 bedroom apartment in Surry Hills which gets very hot in summer. I need a licensed professional to install an aircon unit in each bedroom. As I live in an apartment I will need strata to agree to the installation so the person that installs the units will need to be licensed and ideally have experience getting this across the line with Strata. Could you buy and give us the receipt and we will reimburse you? *as this is in the laundry room, there might be piping, need to be careful not to damage piping. Is there a warranty or work guarantee after the job is done in case anything breaks or the job damages something that we find out about later?
