I have a glass roof that is controlled by an electric motor and linked to a flexible speed drive (TECO FM50). The roof is getting stuck and I need an electrician to determine whether the motor needs replacing and then do the work.

Light switches, GPOs and Pendant lights to be installed Details of the job are: 9 light switches: 6 have already been wired but not fixed to wall to complete installation. The wall needs to be drilled out for the GPOs to fit. 2 need to be installed from scratch. 1 needs to be run from an existing cable to a new point using a conduit and mounted on to a wall. Need black conduit. The conduit will run from the ceiling approx 3 metres. There are 10 GPO: 7 have been wired but not fixed to wall. The wall needs to be drilled out for the GPOs to fit. 3 need to be fully fitted. These are replacing existing GPOs. There are 8 light fittings: 3x pendant lights replacing light units. 2 x track lights replacing existing track lights. 1 x suspended light system consisting of three lights.

Replace 2 downlights in existing ceiling (hardwired?) (we have the replacements) 3 powerpoints small rangehood above stove not working, inspect power.

I have three hard wired smoke alarms that are over 7 years old and need replacement.

Need to install an IKEA light fitting on the ceiling. You will need to provide your own ladder and be a qualified electrician. Should only take a few minutes. I'd do it myself if it wasn't illegal!

Need a new power point installed from an existing hardwired oven outlet in the Kitchen. The existing hardwired outlet is in the wall and we just need to connected/converted into a power point. The wall is plastered so no new wiring/wall modifications are required

Wires have become disconnected in the cord of a lamp just before the plug. So I think I just need the plug cut off and the wires reconnected then put the plug back on. But hey, I’m not an electrician! It looks like a pretty simple repair tho

Old underbench oven aready lifted out, its wiring has to be clipped and added to a power point as I have another underbench wotha actually a plug I need to slip in. I have the new power point for this. Also I have another yellowed powerpoint over kitchen bench to be replaced with a white fresher one. Then a single power point in cupboard for DW, to be replaced with a double one I have. Basically the job is 3 power point installation and I have the materials and estimate no more than a 30 mins to 45 mins job.

Replace switch and source root cause of issue

List and stack a Bosch Series 6 Heat Pump dryer (weighing 54.9kg) onto a Bosch Series 6 washing machine. Plug it in and hook the drainage pipe over the adjacent tub. This will require 2 strong removalists (to do the lifting). The dryer is already in the apartment, it just needs to be lifted onto the washing machine. The washing machine is located in a laundry cupboard which is parallel to a narrow corridor adjacent to the bathroom, so the space to manoeuvre is quite tight. Also there are 3 small stairs next to the cupboard, which makes it harder. The first image below is of the cupboard (the old washer and dryer in the image have already been removed and a new front loading Bosch washer is already installed). You can see the small steps in front at the bottom of the image. The second image is an example of what the dryer looks like. The third image is an example of what the washing machine (already installed) looks like. This job should take experienced removalists about a minute to complete.

Replace the cord on this pendant light. Want the cord to be woven through the chain. Have the new cord in hand, picture provided.
