We had a light installed but it was faulty (ceramics cracked). Require it to be taken down, and the new one installed. May require a second person, as the dining table will need to be moved, and it is quite heavy (I am newly postpartum and unable to lift much).

See the photos of the existing (spike type) and new (spiral) ones, and match the height and locate the rafter behind the ceiling to hang the new light (spiral), which may require a shift in the location of the existing light. Issuing an electrical safety certificate is required. One more photo is being added following a few requests to show the exact location of the installation, which seems to require scaffolding. Could not get more photos as I am not living at the property at the moment.
