I have a small single-burner gas BBQ that won’t ignite. The igniter clicks and I can smell gas, but it doesn’t light. It previously had a grease fire a few months ago and hasn’t been used since. Looking for someone budget-friendly to: • Inspect the BBQ and confirm it’s safe • Clean the burner and internal parts • Check or fix the igniter • Reset/check the gas regulator and connections The gas bottle may also be low — if that’s the issue, I’d appreciate help replacing or swapping the gas bottle, as I don’t have a car. If the gas bottle needs to be replaced i’d pay for that separately. Any cost of parts would be separate / I’ll pay for directly BBQ is located in Surry Hills (on my balcony) Please share your price, experience, and whether you can help with a gas bottle swap if needed.

An older model Fisher & Paykel washing machine (wash smart model) has stopped draining and stopped the spin cycle. Needs repair or diagnosing etc

Have ordered the replacement part for the drum seal on my LG washing machine. Need to remove the old and replace with new seal. And then connect the washer to plumbing.

A small brass stop-cock insert has fallen into the washing machine waste pipe and needs to be retrieved from the trap. While there, the washing machine stop cocks also need replacing (existing ones are missing). Apartment, renter. Easy access.

The Job: • Disconnect & Remove: Old Smeg fully integrated dishwasher • Cabinet Panel Swap (CRUCIAL STEP): Remove the matching wooden cabinet door from the old machine and install it onto the new Bosch Series 6 • Install: New Bosch machine (connect power/water/drain) • Disposal: Must take the old dishwasher away with you Site & Access Details: • Location: Rothschild Avenue, Rosebery, NSW 2018 • Parking: Street parking typically available directly outside during the day • Apartment is on Level 5 (Lift access available) • Machine is already inside the apartment Requirements: • Must have own tools to drill/mount the cabinet panel • Must have a trolley/dolly to remove the old machine via the lift

Uninstall and remove existing integrated dishwasher drawer and install new integrated dishwasher drawer (I already own the dishwasher, it just needs to be installed)

Remove dryer from apartment. What you do with the dryer is up to you. Definitely a two person job.

Install wall mounted vented dryer. Existing plugs in laundry wall currently from previous owner. Wall brackets included in dryer box. Will require reversing the control panel due to dryer needing to be hung upside down. Dryer model capable of doing so.
