My Bosch washing machine drain pump is not working. I’ve opened and drained it and removed debris. The machine is still not able to drain. It was an error E18. I’ve had this machine for a long time so I know what to do, and have already cleaned the filter - the pump is making a different noise so I think it’s broken.
Anthony was fantastic — he arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue straight away and fixed it on the spot. He even cleaned up afterwards and repositioned the washing machine for me. Genuine, trustworthy and highly skilled. I’d happily book him again and recommend him to others.
