Dishwasher keeps flashing f5 needs looking at

My washing machine drum is no longer spinning. I have tried to restart it multiple times with no success and have even checked the belt which is still intact. There is nothing wrong with the locking mechanism or with the water and drain. It is just is not spinning. It spins when I manually spin it with my hand but other than that it does not spin. I would really love some help to fix this. The model is WW75H5290EW/SA and it is made by Samsung.

I’ve bought one exactly the same size as my current one however another installer said it needs to be installed 4cm higher so cabinet above it needs to have a shelf moved and doors shaved at the top and reinstalled. The oven has power and the display and fan are working normally, but there is no heat from any cooking function. Natural gas feed including regulator to an old stove needs disconnecting and capping off.

Our oven needs a bit of care and love. The previous repairer are not helpful at all.

The issue is that the temperature seems much higher than the setting. For example, when it’s set to 150°C, the oven gets extremely hot and doesn’t appear to be regulating the temperature properly. It may need the thermostat or temperature control checked. I’m located in Forest Lodge NSW.
