I've just had a new induction cooktop installed to replace an old gas cooktop, and the existing cutout in the stone benchtop is about 5mm too tight on one side. I need a stonemason (or anyone properly set up for on-site stone cutting) to trim that edge so the new cooktop drops in. I'm not certain whether the benchtop is engineered stone or natural stone - happy to send photos so you can tell me before you commit. I’m getting a new BBQ and need a new gas outlet/bayonet connection installed. There is an existing gas supply nearby, but the new line may need to be run underneath the decking. Access under the deck is limited, so the job may require an on-site inspection to determine the best and safest route. Photo shows existing gas heater on right and about 4m away the bbq to be connected on the left.

The drainage hose on my Omega Dishwasher needs replacing. I have the new hose and need somebody to remove the damaged hose and replace it with the new one and connect it to drain pipe underneath the sink. The new hose I have is the correct hose and does have enough length to reach the drain pipe underneath the sink. Thank you

I recently connected a second-hand washing machine after moving. The washing machine works normally, but there is a small leak at the water inlet connection. I’m not sure whether the problem is the inlet hose, the rubber washer, or the tap connection. I’d like someone to inspect it and repair or replace the necessary part.

Dishwasher has F5 error, indicates the machine has a water fill or circulation problem, meaning it either fails to fill with water, fill is too slow, or the wash/circulation pump fails to build proper water pressure. Can someone come clean and reset it please?
