Taking a 70s gas oven out, should be relatively easy as it’s older design unscrew, and then putting in another vintage one in its place and connecting the gas fitting together which is all old designs screw easy, just not sure of what the piping is doing as it’s in a old caravan, if there’s a height difference having a wedge / block underneath so it’s flush with the bench
