Poor standard reno resulted in things getting loose quickly. Bathroom railing fell off. May need stud finder scanner as holes look like they haven’t been drilled all the way through. Given its tiles and don’t want them to crack you need to be experienced with drilling bathroom tiles to do the job. Tv wall mount looks like one or two screws were not installed need to find out why and test weight tolerance.
Great honest guy very clear and easy to deal with. Experienced with wall mounts and all kinds of handyman tasks.
