My Electrolux washing machine is not letting water in through the dispenser. I hear and see a bit water coming in behind the powder dispenser

Will need to remove one side of adjacent cabinet and possibly trim skirting board so it will fit before connecting water and drain and ensuring safe and secure installation. Possible will need new washer or plumbery things to ensure secure water connection.
