Our dishwasher is behind a kitchen cabinet door. The cabinet door has detached from the dishwasher door and is making it difficult to open the dishwasher. The cabinet door has dropped below the level of the cabinet next to it. Please see attached photos. We also have a leaky tap which seems to leak slightly when the tap is shut off on the hot side. It stops leaking when the tap is turned to the cold side. I work from home most days so am flexible as to the time. I will just need to agree on a time so that I can ensure I am not in a meeting.

I’ve purchased a new Baumatic built-in microwave to replace an existing built-in microwave of the same brand: https://www.bunnings.com.au/baumatic-built-in-stainless-steel-microwave-28-litre-900w-bam28tk-2-stainless-steel-built-in-900-w_p1020031 The new microwave is almost the same size and the front panel/trim fits the existing space, but the cabinet opening is just slightly too low. As shown in the photo, the microwave can slide most of the way in, but the metal ventilation/duct section on top catches on the upper edge of the cabinet. It appears to be only a few millimetres short. I’m looking for an experienced handyman/cabinet maker to: * Check the fit and installation requirements and make any necessary adjustments/trimming to the cabinetry so the microwave can be properly installed and secured * Make sure the ventilation is not obstructed and the finished installation looks neat * Suggest an alternative solution if there is a better way to make it fit without modifying the cabinetry Please let me know if you’ve done similar built-in appliance installations before and what you would recommend.

My dryer is still running and working, but it suddenly started making a very loud and unusual noise while operating. I’m looking for someone experienced with dryer repairs to inspect it, identify the cause, and fix the issue if possible. It is an under bench dishwasher in a meriton apartment. The dishwasher is breakdown and I have a new one to be installed. But i am not able to remove the existing one out. It looks like it get stuck in the joinery at some points. I can pull the dishwasher out by around 10mm and move it in and out by that distance but that is it. I can’t pull it out any further. I don’t know how this is being installed, it looks to me it is being fixed at some point behind it which I can’t access. I need someone one to pull the dishwasher out. That’s it. I’m getting rid of the machine, so if you need to knock it down, then knock it down.

Fix a washing machine leak - it is coming from the bottom of the machine

The dryer hasn't been use much but it never heating. Turn on and off just fine.

Could you please help repair our washing-machine drain hose under the sink? It has come loose, and the bottle trap also appears damaged and needs replacing. The attached photo should show the issue. Any agreed price would need to include all parts, labour, and a drainage/leak test after the repair.

Hi there, I have a Smeg integrated dishwasher with a door closing issue. The main problem is that the door latch catch/strike located at the top center (as shown in photo IMG_0854.jpg) is not latching properly. Because it won't hold the door tight on its own, the dishwasher sensor thinks the door is open. As shown in photo IMG_0853.jpg, we currently have to manually press and hold the door hard for the dishwasher to run. Scope of work: Inspect the top door latch catch mechanism and the integrated door alignment. Fix, tighten, or realign the door latch catch so it secures the door firmly without popping out. If the internal plastic catch or micro switch is completely broken, please advise if it needs replacement (I can pay for the part separately if you can source it, or please let me know the part number). Ensure the dishwasher can lock securely and run continuously on its own.
