I have a few small plumbing jobs to be completed in my apartment. 1. The tap in the laundry is horizontal, but needs to be vertical in order for the washing machine hose to connect 2. There is a leak from the pipe under the kitchen sink, I think this just needs re sealing 3. The Faucet in the bathroom is loose and needs re fixing to the basin

Remove current panel heater from wall & install new panel heater on same spot. Not sure if original bracket can be used. New bracket provided with new heater. Wall is solid brick.

Need NG oven hooked up - need correct hose attachment

My washer is leaking from the hose which stems into the basin - just need to fix this. Also, I have an extension for the ceiling shower head which I want to add (its the arm of the head to make it a little longer)

Hook up new winterhalter UC s machine for small restaurant.

Glass fridge is working but not cold.

The filter is broken but I cannot get it out to clean it. I think it is stuck.

I can order and pay for the panels from Sydney doors, however, I need someone to install and provide guidance as to how to make sure best, seamless integration. The current carcass that the fridge sits within wasn’t intended for an integrated appliance. I want to workshop this.

Omega washing machine, stops halfway during the wash, the door is locked

An older model Fisher & Paykel washing machine (wash smart model) has stopped draining and stopped the spin cycle. Needs repair or diagnosing etc

Oven isn't working, keeps tripping the breaker. Still functions in the microwave mode but not in oven mode for more than 5 minutes. Can be fixed either this afternoon Monday 19 Jan or Tuesday 20 Jan.

F11 error on meile dishwasher. Have done all the usual cleaning our filters etc. would be great if someone could come today ?

We bought a new dryer that needs to be wall mounted

Replace 60 cm slide‑out recirculating OMEGA rangehood. Plug‑in. Includes unscrewing the old unit and screwing in the new one. Like for like. No ducting or carpentry needed, just a straight swap. Will need to re-use the existing polyurethane fascia in lieu of the stainless steel fascias that are included.

Need a licensed plumber to cut out a copper gas line that was feeding dryers. You can keep the copper too. It’s about 8m long

Lower the current dryer mounting and install rear venting kit
