My parents have recently upgraded to FETCH TV through iinet which is something like a set-top box which allows my parents' TV (which is not a smart tv) to behave like a smart TV. The problem is that they are now having trouble accessing some free-to-air channels. I'm looking for someone technologically-minded and who has experience with FETCH and TVs in general to tune my parents' TV and to give them a tutorial on how to use the TV for their purposes.

Alex fixed my TV after a recent connection to another service provider made everything so complicated. He even fixed my telephone, which wasn't included in the original job description. Thanks, Alex, for a great job. I highly recommend him for all of your technical needs.
