Garage roller doors goes up about 1 mtr then stars making a very loud clunking noise and does not go up any further and keeps making clunking noise until I hit the remote to go down.. Can try to open again and it might go up, but might not… It will go up if u help it why it’s going up..

We have a haier dishwasher. HDW15F3S1/HDW15F3B1 - unit was purchased Jan 2024 While it was open, my son has fallen over it and landed on the door. The door isn't snapped off but it doesn't close fully now/therefore doesn't operate. I'd imagine a hinge inside is just bent but don't want to start pulling it apart You can see on one side of the door it is connect and the other side sits out a few mm further Dishwasher is only 6 months old.
