Laundry Lower the existing wall waste so my supplied laundry sink trap can be installed correctly. Install my supplied laundry sink trap with washing machine connection. The washing machine is currently removed while the room is being painted, so only the trap needs to be installed. The wall is already partially open, providing easy access to the waste pipe. Wall If possible, seal the wall opening after the plumbing work to help prevent rodents entering. I'm not looking for a cosmetic plaster finish—just a practical seal. Kitchen Assess the kitchen for a future dishwasher installation (no installation required today). Advise: Whether a 450 mm or 600 mm dishwasher will fit. Any cabinet modifications required. Any plumbing work required for a future installation. Please supply any additional fittings required (other than my supplied laundry trap) and let me know if you identify any other issues during the inspection.
