Looking to get switchboard upgraded as looking to install solar and battery

Need handyman to fix my bathroom exhaust fan. I’ve got two problems. 1. There is a noise that comes when the fan reaches full speed. I assume this is coming from the flap 2. I attempted to remove the fan to find the issue (not the smartest thing I’ve done) and broke one of the mounts. Please check the images with the broken mount part (I also have the cover which is not seen in the images here) Need someone to fix both these issues. I can get the necessary parts beforehand .
