The stovetop connection has been sheared off accidentally. Needs to be fixed such that gas can flow from bottle to stovetop (which has / needs a regulator) and then into the manifold connection for burners.

I have noticed an issue with the gas cooktop in the kitchen. Out of the four knobs, one knob does not stay in the ON position. As soon as I release it, it turns OFF automatically. The other three knobs are working fine. Also, we have been noticing a gas smell in the kitchen for the last three days.

Hi everyone! I would like to replace my old thermostat (Carrier Programmable Thermostat OMTSTAT-7) with a newer, wifi-compatible model. The current thermostat works, but is not very convenient to use. I did buy a Google Nest Thermostat 1.4 to replace the current one, but I think it might be problematic as it did not work despite having the necessary C-wire and being a low-voltage system. If you can get it working then great. If not then I'd appreciate you supplying an alternative wifi thermostat. Some information about my house's HVAC system: - My house has a central electric heatpump - Outside unit is a Carrier N1340, serial number 1104Y70151, model number 38DXA336713. - Inside unit is a Carrier N552, serial number 568789, product 40QCA036781--03, running 240V with a max current of 4A. - Thermostat should be low voltage and has a C-wire.
