I’m looking for someone to move the power point either further up the wall or to the wall behind the washing machine, as it’s currently in the way of installing a dryer on top of the washing machine. I’m also looking to replace the ceiling 4 lamps ( 2 lamps to be replaced in 2 bedroom to be replaced with 2 downlights in each room) laundry and bathroom with 2 downlights in each room) and install a dimmable switch in the bedrooms. It’s a single storey unit. Please let me know if you have any questions.

The internal oven door seal has come away . We need someone to come and ad a new one to the oven . Its a smaller wall oven . I have ordererd the actual replacement seal from amazon if that helps. i just cant fit it

My washing machine is leaking from the bottom. It's only 3 years old and the leak doesn't seem to be coming from either the inlet or outlet pipe. Need someone to find and fix the problem.

Dryer needs to be fixed. When I switch it on, the air pump seems to be working cause I can hear it and feel the exhaust, but the tub is not rotating. Will add the brand and model here tomorrow.
