We have a miele gas 4 burner cooktop. The biggest burner lights up but when released, the flame doesn't stay on. We've had another junior tradie look at it and he said mostly the thermocoupler is broken and needs to be replaced. - Due date: Flexible

Require a licensed electrician to do two jobs 1) relocate dual light switch 50cm to the right, I have the original plates and screws. I think there is enough wire to reach the corner stud. You can see the thin black steel tube that the wire runs through. It runs down the middle of the doorway but we have temporarily held it in the top left corner to keep the 3 red wires safely out of the way. 2) Inspect the electric hot plate, it won't turn on. I believe it was working before and a wire is loose but equally the appliance itself could be blown. Repair to be determined depending on what you find out is the problem. Pictures are attached, we have indicated a due date but can be done earlier
