Wine fridge turning on and making loud blurring noise.

I'm looking for a licensed and experienced gas fitter / gas appliance technician to inspect and repair my Real Flame gas fireplace at my home in Bentleigh. Safety is my priority, so I'm looking for someone experienced who can properly diagnose and repair the issue. Issue: The fireplace has recently developed a problem. It had been making a noticeable whirring/fan noise for some time. More recently, there appeared to be a slight smell of gas while operating. There was a small flare/blow of flame, so we've switched the fireplace off immediately and have not used it since. I'm looking for someone to inspect the fireplace and diagnose the fault. Please check for any gas leaks and ensure it is safe. Repair the issue or advise what parts are required if further work is needed. Remote operated main gate of our home, makes a weird sound when we open it ( remotely or manually). It do not close with the remote but can be closed manually and we feel some resistance at a particular point while attempting to close the door. The stovetop connection has been sheared off accidentally. Needs to be fixed such that gas can flow from bottle to stovetop (which has / needs a regulator) and then into the manifold connection for burners.

The internal oven door seal has come away . We need someone to come and ad a new one to the oven . Its a smaller wall oven . I have ordererd the actual replacement seal from amazon if that helps. i just cant fit it

Dryer needs to be fixed. When I switch it on, the air pump seems to be working cause I can hear it and feel the exhaust, but the tub is not rotating. Will add the brand and model here tomorrow.
