I need help with my old double-door rolling garage door, which is meant to operate automatically via remote control. There are two main issues: 1) Motor Issue: The motor spins when activated, but the door doesn’t lift. It seems like the lifting mechanism is broken or disconnected. 2) Door Alignment: The door doesn’t close properly, leaving a small gap on the left-hand side between the door and the floor. I’m working with a tight budget, so I’d prefer to fix the existing setup if possible. However, I’m open to replacing the motor and/or the door if the cost difference isn’t significant.
