Disk washing. Euromaid brand name. It is drain although till on. Can’t get it stopped the mid cycle

we'e unsure of the issue. the filter light is flashing but there doesn't seem to be any clogs, the filter has been washed and reinserted correctly, (I bought this filer about 2 months ago and bought the Dyson about 3/4 years ago. please help and state rate. can also send you a video of what its doing, if you could just explain not use how to fix it even instead of having to come in that would also work. let me know, thanks :)

We bought a Technics 1200 turntable when we were in Japan. Looks perfect, but we screwed up on the voltage. Oops. We plugged it in here not thinking about the 100V standard in Japan. Now we need it at least diagnosed and then probably fixed. I am putting a price here for largely the diagnosis and labour, but fully understand that this one might need some parts, and that’s rather tricky to price in advance.
