Most likely cause is a blown EMI filter (Part 215) or a fault in the heating element/thermal cutoff assembly, caused by the machine previously running in an enclosed cupboard with restricted ventilation. I have the full Vestel D4 exploded view and parts list available to share. Looking for someone with whitegoods/appliance repair experience to diagnose and repair.
