I am looking to switch everything to electric. There are two items in the house that is running on gas: 1. Gas stove (looking to replaced it with induction) 2. Ducted heating (looking to decommission the unit as it has not been used in 5yrs - includes closing the vents)

Remove and replace the sliding door to put the washing machine inside the laundry room.

Our downstairs kitchen rangehood is currently blowing extracted air back into the kitchen rather than venting outdoors. The fan appears to work well, but the whole downstairs becomes smoky when cooking. There is a shallow cupboard above the rangehood with what appears to be a void/duct space behind it, and we suspect there may already be ducting leading upwards, possibly to the roof. We would like someone experienced with rangehood ducting to: * inspect the existing rangehood and cupboard/duct cavity * determine whether an external duct already exists * check whether it is connected, blocked or disconnected * identify where the duct terminates * advise what is required to convert the rangehood from recirculating to externally vented * preferably carry out the repair if it is straightforward. Please have experience with kitchen rangehood ducting/ventilation.

I've had on BDB 920. It's coming out the front of the machine under the drip tray on the side under the power button. When removing the drip tray can see water built up underneath.
