The gas hot water system is located behind the kitchen's window, around 2m away from the location of Gas stove. Need a quote for the job.

I have a washing machine that needs to be installed in the laundry area in our house (outside the unit where the other tenants also installed their washing machines).

One side of our automatic front gate (right-hand side when entering) is currently not closing properly. The gate motor unit appears to have come loose or partially detached from its bracket, and as a result, the gate won’t align or close fully.

Would like this washing line removed from the wall, including the bolts without damaging the wall.
