One burner of 4 has burner is low in flame

I have a York A/C YJHMXH018BARX-FX presenting with E7 error. When turning it on, this runs for five to ten minutes before stopping. I have tried to reset the switchboard, clear the filter but have not been successful. I suspect it could be, Indoor fan motor fault or feedback error, an Indoor- outdoor communication issue or control PCB protection being triggered after an abnormal operation. Would you be able to quote me on a visit to help diagnose and repair the issue?

I have a small single-burner gas BBQ that won’t ignite. The igniter clicks and I can smell gas, but it doesn’t light. It previously had a grease fire a few months ago and hasn’t been used since. Looking for someone budget-friendly to: • Inspect the BBQ and confirm it’s safe • Clean the burner and internal parts • Check or fix the igniter • Reset/check the gas regulator and connections The gas bottle may also be low — if that’s the issue, I’d appreciate help replacing or swapping the gas bottle, as I don’t have a car. If the gas bottle needs to be replaced i’d pay for that separately. Any cost of parts would be separate / I’ll pay for directly BBQ is located in Surry Hills (on my balcony) Please share your price, experience, and whether you can help with a gas bottle swap if needed.

Bosch dishwasher is blocked and a small part looks broken too.

My Blanco dishwasher has just short circuited mid cycle. I think it's the heating element but I dont know. There is currently no power whatsoever going to the machine, it just turned off. No damage to the power cord. I am flying to Europe at 1pm tomorrow and desperately need this fixed before I leave.

Both garage and remote gate with different remote controls does not work at the same time. Checked the safety switch and it’s both on. Need a technician to go on site to check the issue. Most likely it’s re-programming the remote controls ?
