What do appliance services include?

Fridges and freezers

I have a Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer, model DD60SI7. It runs through the cycle but is not draining properly at the end, leaving water sitting in the bottom of the drawer. The draining/pump sound has also become noticeably louder than usual, as though the pump is trying to drain the water but is unable to do so.
